Street food fest Siroki Brijeg

The story of the Street Food Fest in Siroki Brijeg (Croatian: Široki Brijeg) began in 2019 during one of the frequent get-togethers with excellent food prepared in an unusual way and quality craft beer, which grew into the largest Street Food Festival in Herzegovina, which, you will agree, you must be at.

The festival, which takes place from July 21 to 23, gathers gourmets, lovers of beer, and good music in one place, which is a winning combination this summer. Watch out for this!

Last year’s winner of the festival Von Herzog,  whose delicious burgers people keep talking about, except when eating them, will take care of the ultimate gourmet atmosphere.

Dedin krompir arrives from Sarajevo to present a unique potato weighing one kilogram with a base of butter and cheese served with 10 different types of side dishes.

From Sarajevo, Restaurant Barba is also arriving with top-quality Mediterranean specialties, Profa 23 is arriving with Korean sandwiches, and Rešetka Pop-Up Grill Bar with top-quality barbecue, and the list goes on and on…

After all, as I already said, you have to be there in order to try it all.

What is the music lineup for this year’s Street Food Fest 2023? Who See is coming on the first night of the festival. For the performance of the dynamic Montenegrin hip-hop duo, Tracki will warm you up, and Darko Majersky Mayer will keep you awake and dancing until late into the night.

On the second night, a young punk-rock band from Široki Brijeg,  Rock trajanja will start first, Opća Opasnost continues the party, and then DJ Kiiwi takes the stage.

The final evening will be entertained by The Splitters from Split, and then by the Dubrovnik group Silente.

And finally, you should know that I didn’t have time to list half of what will happen there, that’s why you have to be there on the 21st/22nd/23rd of July. The venue is Park Sajmište in Široki Brijeg!
