WineOS 09 brings another wine spectacle to Osijek!

Wine lovers, we have great news for you! The month of January brings you the first wine and gastronomy event of the year and takes you to Osijek, where the fair of wine, delicacies, and pleasant living will be held.

We all know very well that Slavonia and Baranja are rich in natural, gastronomic, and wine offers, and that their quality is known all over the world. Now imagine all these benefits in one place with lots of socializing and various content.

This is exactly what awaits you at the ninth consecutive WineOS, which will be held on January 12 and 13 in the largest fair space to date – the Business Center (Gospodarski centar) of the Osijek-Baranja County.

It is an event that will introduce you to as many as a hundred producers of wine and other beverages from a total of six European countries and almost 600 different labels. You will have the opportunity to meet as many as 130 exhibitors and brands from seven countries, and in addition to tasting excellent wines, you will find as many as 10 carefully prepared workshops led by the famous Osijek sommelier Damir Zrno.

It is a great opportunity to conduct new business deals for this year’s tourist season as well.

To make matters even better, in addition to learning more about wines, cheeses, and olive oils at the workshops, you will also enjoy other programs on the WineOs stage, such as live cooking and meeting winemakers. If we add to that the presentation of spirits producers and local sweet and salty delicacies, everyone will really be able to find something for themselves.

In order for you to be a part of this manifestation, you can buy your tickets in advance at the Vinita wine shop, J. J. Strossmayer 21 in Osijek, or on the day of the event at the entrance itself. WineOS 09 will be open to visitors on both days from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., and the ticket price is €30. A deposit for a festival glass of €5 will be charged at the entrance.
