It’s time for a party and Mimosa Festival in Herceg Novi!

Herceg Novi, the pearl of Boka Kotor Bay, is ready for the 55th unique Mimosa Festival event. Under the slogan For everyone’s appetite (Za sve gušte), this carnival celebration in honor of flowers, fun, and socializing lasts from February 15 to March 3 this year.

Visitors can expect more than 50 musical, gastronomic, cultural, children’s, and sports programs. In the musical program, among others, Trio gušti, Halid Bešlić, Teška industrija, Indira Levak, Ceca Ražnatović and Prljavo kazalište perform. Here’s how it was last year.

The most popular program of the Mimosa Festival is the folk festival by the sea – Mimosa Harvest, which gathers tens of thousands of visitors and where you can treat yourself to free fish, wine, beer, and brandy.

There is also a parade of majorettes, a masquerade ball, a flower exhibition, a wine salon, Boka’s gastronomic offer, children’s flower parades, tournaments in tressette and briskula, and crazy karotrc races down the streets of Herceg Novi...

At the end of the Mimosa Festival, there will be a picigin tournament, an orange festival, and the revival of the carnival spirit with dozens of masked groups at the VII International Carnival.
