A cold drink on the Srebreno beach
These days it is not too hot on the Dubrovnik Riviera, maybe around 25-26 degrees, but it is, therefore, very humid due to the daily rain, which does not fall for long but spoils the impression. I couldn’t wait for the clouds to part, looking out of the window of my hotel room, so that I could head from Dubrovnik to the beach in Srebrena.
The sun finally appeared, and I got into the car as fast as I could and adjusted the navigation, which estimated that it would take me about 20 minutes to get there. The crowd after the rain in the city was still too big, so it took me more than 30 minutes to reach the finish line even though it was only 8 km away.
It’s a 5-6 minute walk from the parking lot to the beach, and you pass by the visually stunning Sheraton Hotel, which seems somewhat unreal in the environment in which it is located.

There was not a big crowd on the beach, after all, it is only the beginning of June. However, I quickly headed to several cafes located on the beach. Somehow, the best impression left on me was Club 23, on whose terrace I sat down and had a drink.

It is one of those cafes whose terrace is interrupted by a sidewalk, so it consists of two parts. The service was fast, as soon as I sat down, a girl approached me, and maybe 2-3 minutes later, there was already a big mug of cold beer on my table. It wasn’t crowded, there were as many places to sit as you wanted, and the view of the beach and the late afternoon sun is excellent.

Drink prices are in accordance with the time and place, so that means cola and such juices for 4 euros, short drinks for 4.90 euros, and half-liter beer for 5.6 euros. Admittedly, I paid 4 euros for it, probably due to the common practice in the Dubrovnik area that local guests have a discount.
