Are spas a place for retirees or a hot spot for young people?

Maybe the spas sound like a location for retirees, but I can say that it is also a hot spot for us young people. I had the opportunity to visit Terme Jezerčica several times, and every time my enthusiasm was justified. Namely, the spas are interesting both inside (various facilities) and outside (open pools). Ahh, perfect..!

The hotel offers comfortable accommodation in 52 rooms, an indoor and outdoor water park, a SPA zone, and a modernly equipped wellness center for unforgettable relaxation during your stay. The water park of the Hotel Terme Jezerčica consists of eight pools with natural thermal water and is suitable for all ages. Thermal water with an original temperature of 38°C contains several different ions and is considered healing mineral water. The optimal temperature and chemical composition enables the use of thermo-healing mineral water in rehabilitation or recreation. Every weekday, twice a day, physiotherapists hold exercises for all visitors in the recreational pool.

As someone who loves big and comfortable beds – this was the right choice for me. Admittedly, I also had a great roommate (Anđa) in the room, so that was an additional plus for the vacation. The mini bar has a satisfactory range of products, and you always have the option of an outdoor bar with a variety of drinks!

The hotel has a congress center that can host up to 200 guests. The three meeting halls are equipped with modern technical equipment and have daylight, therefore, the lectures I attended were in accordance with the ambiance, above all professional, and one of the halls is called Jela, so as the namesake, it was my favorite hall. 🙂

For all visitors, the hotel restaurant offers traditional a la carte Zagorje cuisine and daily board meals from the buffet table. Indulging in the excellent flavors of local and international cuisine with a rich selection of top quality local wines in the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel restaurant was a special experience for me. Every time I come back home, I have a few kilos extra – but the amount of food is so overwhelming that I can’t help it. That’s why my trainer Katarina knows very well how to bring me back to the reality after staying in the spa!

It is interesting that the hotel also provides transfers for all guests to Zagreb, Zagreb airport or to any other destination at the guest’s request. Realistically, you drive like Tito’s Jovanka, and don’t overthink much!
