Burger Festival Omiš brings delicious delicacies and a sea of ​​great atmosphere

The first Omiš edition of the most visited street food festival in the region brings local top chefs to the proud thousand-year-old city at the mouth of the Cetina River and announces top entertainment.

From August 1 to 12, Park Borići in Omiš will be the stage of the first Burger Festival Omiš, where eight houses will be presented.

With a carefully thought-out music program in the creatively arranged ambiance of Park Borići, enveloped in the primordial Mediterranean and pirate spirit, the Burger Festival Omiš will delight the residents of Omiš as well as all visitors to the city that perfectly unites the beauty of the river, sea and mountains, turbulent and proud history, and rich cultural heritage.

Visitors will be able to choose between beef burgers with jalapeño peppers, then crispy onions or basil, but also those made from pork or white fish, burgers with young Swiss chard and garlic chips, or sardine sauce.

There will also be burgers made exclusively from plant-based ingredients, as well as those with peanut sauce, papaya, and mango.

Along with such original and delicious burgers, iced beer, top wines, homemade brandies, and a wide selection of non-alcoholic drinks could be additionally enjoyed by the visitors, while all lovers of top-quality author’s cocktails will have their fill by choosing from as many as 23 different types, such as Basil Smash, Yuzu Collins, Pornstar Martini, Cold Brew Martini, and Passionfruit Mojito.

The daily music program is under the creative baton of Ozren Kanceljak, and top DJs will perform in Omiš every day from 19:00 to 23:00.

The festival is opened by DJ Jakir, followed by DJ Ela Radić, DJ Tabu (Keeper of the Groove), then DJ John Van Thorn and DJ Dado.
