Gardenland resort – a water planet near the river Drim

Only 15 kilometers from the magnificent Lake Skadar, in the direction of the city of Lezhe (alb. Lezhë), right next to the Drim River, is the Gardenland resort. On my trip through Albania, this place struck me as special because of its watery planet. I wasn’t wrong!

If you love water, swimming, and sunbathing like I do, then this is truly heaven on earth. Large swimming pools, sunbathing areas, massage showers, and waterfalls. For adults and children! It’s an understatement to say it’s wonderful!

I was particularly impressed by the large lounge area located on an island in the middle of the pool. An ideal place to relax and drink a cold cocktail!

Gardenland Resort also offers quality accommodation, and the hotel is also beautifully decorated inside with large corridors and a lobby. The resort is categorized with four stars.

Gardenland resort has two restaurants. One inside of the hotel, only for guests of the resort, and another one as part of the water planet. I had dinner together with the Adria fun team in the second one and would like to point out the nice meal and the very friendly staff who treated us to excellent homemade rakia.

The surroundings of the hotel are truly interesting. In addition to having its own camp, it is surrounded by landscaped fields, greenery, and fresh air! To show you the surroundings and their beauty, here is a photo from above! What do you say?
