Hotel Amare – a luxury resort on the seashore

Accommodation in the first row to the sea is certainly a great advantage of any facility, as it is in the case of the resort where I recently stayed – Hotel Amare in Shëngjin.

The town of Shëngjin is a rapidly growing tourist destination known for its beaches and resorts. It is incredible to see how much money has been invested in the tourist offer in the last 5-6 years. Everything is top-notch, and there are excellent lounge bars and restaurants along the three kilometers of sandy beach.

Hotel Amare is also located in such an environment, which delighted me at first. I parked my car in the shade of the underground garage, where I was greeted by a lift boy who took my luggage to the room. The hotel is practically new, it is very nicely and modernly designed, and so was the room with a large king-size bed and a terrace with a nice view of one of the hotel’s two swimming pools.

Yes, two pools… The second one is located on the roof of the hotel, with an excellent view of the entire city, along with a bar where they will prepare a cocktail of your choice while you are lounging on comfortable deckchairs. 🙂

I was also impressed by the hotel’s private beach, which is located on the other side of the road, and on which there were laid out nice sunbeds with original umbrellas, so I could choose where to spend the day swimming and sunbathing.

Hotel Amare has two restaurants, a bar and a nice terrace where I had breakfast together with the Adria.fun team on the way to Durrës, which was our next Albanian destination. Cleanliness, hospitality and affordable accommodation prices for the five-star hotel category are good value for money.

Hotel Amare deserves my recommendation! In it, you will feel relaxed and comfortable and a little pampered. My only regret was that I had to move on quickly, so there was no time for greater relaxation.
