The best Asian fusion! Streetery food hall is a must try on place in Dubai!

It’s interesting that after four years in Dubai, I never had the opportunity to present to you my definitive choice of restaurants, especially Asian ones.

Right above that restaurant, in a building located in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), I have spent a long enough time getting to know the entire neighborhood by heart. At the same time, I know that there is no restaurant in the entire city that can compare to Streetery Food Hall, especially if you like Eastern food.

Since I didn’t have photos of the entire restaurant from before, I decided when I went to the Emirates on business that on this occasion, I would fulfill my desire for fine food and take pictures of all the details for you to give them a chance, too, because they will always have my recommendation.

And so, one afternoon, the time came for me to try something recommended by the waiter himself after I already tried their excellent rice with side dishes, pasta, and roast duck.

Since it was lunch time, Streetery offered business lunch packages from 1 to 3 p.m., which included an appetizer, main course, and drink, which immediately impressed me, so my partner and I took two different offers so that we could try them all together.

For starters, the choice fell on Chinese cucumber salad and Cheung fun (steamed rice noodle roll) with peanut sauce. The combination is perfect if you ask me, sweet and sour, just as it should be.

For the main course, on the recommendation of the friendly waiter Bidhan, we tried Pad See-Yu, rice noodles fried with vegetables and chicken, and mixed in soy sauce. Wow, plentiful and full of flavor.

Even though I knew that this restaurant wouldn’t disappoint me this time either, somehow I’m even more pleasantly surprised every time I let the chef surprise us.

Along with lunch, I also mentioned drinks, which include juices, and they also offer Sanuk juices similar to those that are drunk on the streets of Asia. We chose hibiscus and lemongrass, both of which were perfect for the dish.

Lunch cost us 52 dirhams per person (about 13.50 euros), which is a great price for the amount we ate. If the road takes you to Dubai and you get a desire for something Asian, then with the help of the metro, go to the DMCC station and right below the three buildings you see at the exit, visit Streetery.

It will surely delight you, both with the food and with the view… but you will have to experience that yourself…
