In the organization of the Delfin Sailing Club, in period 21. – 24.03.2024, the 3rd edition of the now well-known sailing regatta FULL MOON SAILING SPECTACLE CROATIA will be held.

“Full Moon Sailing Spectacle was imagined in the first year as a sailing regatta manifestation of cruisers with excellent sailors but also adventurous sailors and visitors of the demonstration program that we organize along with the sports regatta program. March is still a month of unstable weather and famous March storms, and that’s exactly why the Full Moon is an interesting regatta event for sailors with two challenging regattas,” they say from the sailing club Delfin Pula.

In Pula, over 100 magnificent sailboats, racing yachts and performance cruisers, vintage cruisers, and imposing MAXI racers will gather with about 500 sailors who will compete in groups as crews, duos in racing, cruising by boat length, and by international ORC survey.

In addition to competitors from Croatia and Slovenia, who have been there since the first year of the Full Moon Sailing Spectacle, competitors from Austria, Argentina, Slovakia, Italy, Germany…

The start of the night regatta will be broadcast live on the stage of the port of Pula, but also through social networks and the media. About a hundred magnificent sailboats will spread their sails and at sunset, the luminous giants will start the Full Moon Night Sprint at the foot of the magnificent amphitheater in the port of Pula.

In the colorful scene of full sails with the sunset, lights on the masts, illuminated by the moon on the 8 nm route from the harbor around the island of Jerolim and back, MAXI yachts, duo racers, and crews, performance cruisers, and family cruisers will try to do their best in the fierce competition. vintage beauties.

Night Sprint in Pula harbor is a special experience for competitors but also spectators on the shore, photographers, videographers, romantics, and adventurers.

After the night Sprint, the evening will be graced by the “musical talents” of the Studio Čarobne frule from Pula under the direction of Tatiana Giorgi.
