Let’s go to the center of the world for Wine & Walk Ludbreg

If you haven’t had a chance to attend Teran Walk & Wine but you still wish to experience such an interesting event, then here is your opportunity. In Ludbreg, as they like to call it, the center of the world, about 25 kilometers from Varaždin, or 100 kilometers from Zagreb, a long-awaited and almost traditional Wine & Walk Ludbreg is happening.

This wonderful recreational experience will introduce you to the oen-gastro (oenological-gastronomic) importance of this region.

Wine & Walk Ludbreg will take place on November 4th and it is an event perfectly made for those who enjoy spending time in nature and at the same time tasting good wine and trying on delicious food. Through this experience, besides getting to know the region on foot, you will be introduced to its blessings.

As you might already know, Ludbreg has been a popular place of pilgrimage for centuries and the organizers made sure to somehow incorporate it into this event as well. The walking part of this Wine & Walk Ludbreg will take you through the route between the two “saints” of Ludbreg – the statues of St. Martin and St. Vinko and is around 12 kilometers long.

The meeting time of this event is scheduled between 8:45 am and 10:30 am where all the participants will join forces together and head on an adventure. Of course, most importantly, you will also receive a starter package containing a tasting glass, a route map, a participation voucher, and water.

As you walk through beautiful nature and enjoy the autumn feels of this region, you will stop by eight tasting points where local winemakers will be waiting on you with, of course, wine and food. Sounds amazing, right?

The route finishes once you reach the Island of Youth where entertainment and fun time continues.

Now, in order to participate in such an amazing event you will have to sign up at this form .  After that, they will send you an email with all the information you need to know and how to pay the participant fee. The fee amounts to 35 euros per person and it is worth the experience you will about to have, so better hurry up, as the clock is ticking and the spots are slowly filling up.
