Why we ignore the importance of good traditional restaurants is a topic that will be discussed by David Skoko – Ribarev’s son, Vesna Miletić from the legendary restaurant Tač and one of the most respected Croatian chefs Hrvoje Zirojević, while Šime Gligora, director of Sirana Gligora from Kolan, will talk about whether local cuisine to become a tourist attraction and how to position autochthonous, local products with quality.
