Great for families with children! World Snow Day in Planica!
Planica is an exceptional alpine valley in the Julian Alps in northwestern Slovenia, near Kranjska Gora, famous for its ski jumps.
The first ski jump was built before 1930, and the first jump over 100 meters in the history of ski jumping was made on it.

The World Snow Day will be held again on January 20 and 21 at this very place. It will be another unforgettable weekend for families, full of various animations and games for the little ones.
All activities will be free, and the hosts will make an effort to introduce everyone who comes to the beauty of Nordic sports and fun on the snow with Planica’s mascot Vita.
Registration for the event is not required. The event will take place in all weather conditions. All you need is good will.
