It’s time for Carnival in Tivat!

The Tivat International Carnival is a cultural and tourist event that has been held in Tivat since 2018. The masked procession, led by the Tivat City Music and majorettes, passes through the streets of Tivat to the city promenade of Pine, where carnival groups stage a performance.

The carnival in Tivat traditionally marks the beginning of the summer season, and this year, it is being held for the fourth time on June 8 and 9.

As announced by the organizers, more than 600 participants from 15 countries are expected this year, and professional carnival groups from Brazil, Bolivia, Italy Germany, and other countries are also arriving.

Parallel to the international carnival parade, a children’s carnival is held, which gathers more and more children every year.

The carnival in Tivat gathers thousands of curious people every year, and in addition to the carnival, music concerts and other accompanying events are held, along with a rich offer of food and drinks, so it’s a good opportunity for you to be among them this year. 🙂
