This lake is a hotspot for relaxation in Prokletije
In the northeast of Montenegro and within the town of Plav, a peaceful green glacial lake found itself hugged by Prokletije (Accursed mountains) and the Visitor Mountain.
If you are wandering through this region, already investigating Prokletije, and passing by The Eye of Skakavica, then you must stop by Lake Plav.

In summer, this lake is a perfect spot for swimming and kayaking, or relaxing by the water. Especially if you could enjoy all from the first row by the lake while camping in the Lake Views camp, or renting a room in one of the accommodations. The whole town is very eco-friendly and offers a variety of services.
But, if you are one of those who prefer more adventurous experiences then you must go on a hike or mountain biking.

What makes this lake even better is the fact that, in winter, it freezes and turns into a local ice rink as the ice becomes around 20-30 cm thick.
It has it all, am I right?
