Everything is ready to combine wine, food, and fun at the first ZAGREB UNDERGROUND in the Tunnel Grič!

The following weekend, from April 12 to 14, the first underground Wine & Walk festival ZAGREB UNDERGROUND will take place in the tunnel Grič in Zagreb.

It is an opportunity to combine more than 200 Croatian wines and delicacies from local OPGs in one place, in a 350-meter-long tunnel, which on this occasion will become the largest underground winery in Croatia.

The organizers, including the Adria.fun portal, has prepared a rich program of entertainment led by the DISCO MAGIC BAND, which will fill the Zagreb underground with the music of Abba, Boney M, Chic, Kool and the Gang, Donna Summer, Hot Chocolate, Micheal Jackson, Village People, and many others.

BETWEEN THE BAND’S MUSIC SETS, DJ MACGREGOR WILL TAKE THE FUN OVER, WHO WILL FURTHER RAISE THE ATMOSPHERE, AND SPICE UP THE PARTY WITH COVERS OF HITS OF THE LEGENDARY STUDIO 54.

The entire Tunnel Grič will be divided into four Croatian wine regions plus Herzegovina, and respected winemakers from all over Croatia have confirmed their arrival at the ZAGREB UNDERGROUND festival. Thus, all visitors will be able to taste a rich range of white, red, and rose wines, but there will also be premium sparkling wines, domestic brandies, and liqueurs…

In addition to wine, producers of domestic products have prepared their offer for tasting, so at their stands you will be able to taste homemade Slavonian and Dalmatian sausages, prosciutto, cracklings, kulen, olive oil, bee products, tuna and anchovy salads, cheeses, etc…

With each ticket at the entrance, you will also receive an original ZAGREB UNDERGROUND glass and a mini catalog for easier navigation in the offer and entertainment. Tastings are included in the ticket price.

Tickets can be purchased in advance in the EVENTIM system at prices of 25 euros for the times from 3 to 5 p.m. and 30 euros for the times from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Some pre-sale dates are already completely sold out, so it’s time to hurry.

Tickets will also be available on the days of the festival, from 2:30 p.m. at the entrance to the tunnel from Mesnička Street, but at prices of 30 and 35 euros.

It is important to note that tickets are sold every half hour to not to create a crowd, and the permitted time of stay in the tunnel is up to three hours.

Part of the profit from the income from the sold tickets also goes to humanitarian purposes for the work of the Krijesnica association, so by buying them you are also doing good to others.

Everyone who buys tickets also participates in a raffle in which someone will win a prize worth up to 3000 euros – 7 days of vacation for two people in the all-inclusive offer of Labranda Senses Resort in Vrboska on the island of Hvar!

Of course, we also have several consolation prizes of bottles of premium wines.

THE WORKING HOURS OF THE FESTIVAL ARE FROM 3 PM TO 10 PM, THE ENTRANCE IS FROM MESNIČKA STREET AND ALL VISITORS GO ONE-WAY THROUGH THE TUNNEL GRIČ FROM MESNIČKA TO RADIĆEVA STREET.

For those arriving by car, the closest parking garage is Tuškanac, only 200 meters from the entrance to the tunnel, and you can park at Cvjetni Square, European Square, or the slightly further away Importane center.
