Where the east meets the west, there is the Hotel Mepas

I like to travel, and Mostar is one of my favorite places. It is difficult to describe in words how happy I am when I know that I will have the opportunity to stop in that beautiful city of Herzegovina.

Recently, I passed that way from Međugorje towards Banja Luka and further towards Croatia, and of course, I had to spend one night in Mostar.

As there was not much time to visit the city, I wanted to rest in a hotel that I had not been to yet, which would provide me with everything in one place. The ideal choice for this was Hotel Mepas, located in the very center of the business zone, where east meets west, only ten minutes walk away from the old city center.

Arriving in Mostar, I parked my car in the underground garage, which was an excellent choice for cooling my tin pet after being fried at 39 degrees. Hotel Mepas is located at the top of the exceptional shopping center Mepas Mall, so I had the opportunity to go shopping at the same time.

Hotel Mepas is decorated with five stars and offers really spacious and comfortable rooms with beds on which to sleep comfortably. Like a baby! And the bathroom! As a slightly larger living room with a shower cabin and a bathtub, it depends on who likes what.

For a break from traveling and recharging your batteries, the hotel’s spa & relaxation center with an excellent swimming pool, saunas, and the gym is a real “health resort”.

On the same floor, there is also a restaurant with a rich breakfast offer, which I really enjoyed, as you can see from the attached pictures. 🙂

Although I didn’t get to visit it this time, Mepas Mall also has an excellent ala carte restaurant Prestige worth a visit, and I learned that the Hotel Mepas also has several rooms for holding business meetings and seminars and a large banquet hall for holding wedding ceremonies.

The friendly staff of the hotel further increased my positive impressions of this hotel, which I will definitely visit again when my journey brings me to Mostar. I just hope it will be very soon!
