The 10th WineOS is coming soon! This year they are organizing the first eno-gastro quiz!

Wine lovers, get your glasses ready because news is coming that will delight you! January brings the perfect reason to enjoy – the first New Year’s wine and gastronomic event that takes you to the heart of Osijek!

Slavonia and Baranja, regions famous for their natural beauty, top wines, and irresistible delicacies, combine all their charms in one place this time. Imagine a wealth of tastes, smells, and company enriched with interesting content, all this in a warm atmosphere of true hedonists.

And where does this wine fairy tale take place? At the tenth edition of WineOS, which will take place on January 10 and 11 at the fairgrounds – the Economic Center of Osijek-Baranja County.

The constant desire to change and introduce new things has been recognizable since the first days of the wine, delicacies, and pleasant living fair. In addition to the constant search for a new and larger space and enriching the program with various contents, the fair in its tenth edition will offer numerous novelties for all visitors. One of the biggest novelties is certainly the eno-gastro quiz.

Namely, on Saturday, January 11, 2025, fans of knowledge and competitions will have the opportunity to test their knowledge of eno-gastro topics with a special quiz created and led by the popular “hunter” Dean Kotiga.

Teams of up to four members will be able to take part in the quiz, which will compete for special prizes, and the total number of participants is limited to 50 people. The quiz starts on January 11 at 19:00, and it is not necessary to pay the registration fee. All participants will pay for the ticket at the entrance and, in addition to participating in the quiz, they will have the opportunity to taste great wines, spirits, and delicacies that will be offered in the exhibition area before the start.

“I like coming to Osijek, there is always a great atmosphere here. The last time I ran a quiz during this year’s HeadOnEast event I experienced for the first time that literally everyone who applied responded. It is a unique case and clearly shows how much this region loves this format of competition. Therefore, I invite all quiz lovers, as well as those who will soon become one, to join us on WineOs. In addition to the quiz, there will be a handful of other wonderful things at the fair. After several tastings, I am sure that the atmosphere during the competition will be even better than usual”, said Kotiga in the announcement of the quiz.

The tenth jubilee edition of the WineOS by Graševina Croatica fair will be open to visitors on both days from 3 to 9 p.m., and daily tickets can be purchased at the entrance to the fair for 30 euros. Applications for the quiz are available on the official WineOS website.
