Hotel Pinija – Inhale the ambiance of the pine trees and the crystal clear sea

One of the most favorite destinations for rest and enjoyment in the surroundings of Zadar is certainly Hotel Pinija. It holds four stars and is located in the picturesque small town of Petrčane, right next to a rocky and pebbly beach, crystal clear sea, and is sheltered from the wind and high waves.

The hotel dates back to 1970, and it got its name from the pine forest in which it is located – Pinija. Due to the quality of the hotel facilities and the beach, it soon became recognized among domestic and foreign guests. Over the years, the hotel has been completely modernized, a sports and recreation part of the hotel was built with an indoor pool with fitness, a new outdoor pool, a wellness & spa center, a sunbathing area by the pool, and most recently hotel restaurant with a terrace was renovated.

For your complete comfort, all rooms are modernly designed, have comfortable and spacious beds, are air-conditioned and include a minibar and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Some rooms have a balcony, and it is possible to use WiFi for free in the entire facility. Parking for vehicles is also free. There are a total of 307 rooms on offer, which extend through 3 hotel wings interconnected by a reception desk, a spacious foyer and an aperitif bar, 4 hotel suites and 6 rooms suitable for people with disabilities.

The hotel’s restaurant serves traditional Dalmatian cuisine, and guests can also enjoy vegetarian and international dishes. A large selection of wines and other drinks is available in the on-site bar.

Facilities for various activities are at your disposal, including beach volleyball, tennis, table tennis and mini golf, or you can rent a bicycle for long rides around the area. For lovers of water attractions, there is jet skiing or parasailing, and the hotel’s friendly staff will make your vacation even more memorable by organizing interesting excursions in the area.

It is important to know that Hotel Pinija is located at an ideal distance to places in the area where you might want to go. The historic center of Zadar is only 12 km from the hotel, and Nin is only 5 km away.
