OverJam – more than a reggae festival

This August, thousands of reggae music lovers from all over Europe and the world will gather in the beautiful small town of Tolmin, in Slovenia, to attend the 11th edition of the legendary music event – Overjam Festival.

This unique musical event lasts from August 16 to 20, brings concerts on six stages and provides an unforgettable gathering for all those who love music and nature. And watch out for this, camping is included in the ticket price!

The warm-up starts with reggae, then it goes to dub, dancehall, and jammin’, and after that, you can indulge in many other summer vibes, from the sandy river beach, all the way to the new Vibes stage with lesser-known, but equally fantastic bands! The eleventh edition of the OverJam festival will be full of unforgettable opportunities for fun, education, love, and relaxation. In addition to in-depth classes at the traditional OverJam University, the organizers are once again planning interesting workshops such as morning yoga, acro yoga, juggling, sports, arts and crafts, learning to play the ukulele, and for the first time a video production workshop!

As every year, this summer OverJam Kids are welcome to the unique daycare program with 8 hours a day of play-to-learning programs for children. Here are the activities prepared: Face painting – Sandcastle building – Children’s yoga – Children’s dance – Creative workshops – Storytelling evening – Pajama party – Mindfulness & sensory activities – Bonfire night – Stargazing…

The Overjam festival takes place at the mouth of the Tolminka river in Soča, and nearby are popular natural sights and tourist locations such as Tolmin Waterfalls, Krn Mountain, and Triglav National Park.
