You have found yourself in the park, in the middle of a two-day gastronomic event, where popular restaurants from Novigrad and northwestern Istria prepare top-quality dishes from fresh ingredients in the form of street food!

This event, known as the Park Food Fest, is being prepared on June 8 and 9 in Novigrad, more precisely in the port of Mandrač.

On both days, from 1 pm to 8 pm, under the theme of Istrian cuisine, visitors can taste local dishes based on fish, seafood, meat, pasta, and various wild herbs. In addition, a rich selection of white and red wines from northwestern Istria, as well as craft beer, awaits you!

While enjoying various dishes, you can discover the secrets of their preparation through show cooking. Top chefs will demonstrate their skills, and you will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare Istrian specialties with local ingredients. Sounds perfect, right?
