Tavë Kosi: the taste of Albania on your table

- When the meat is cooked, separate the liquid released by the meat. Then mix it with a mixture of butter and flour. Mix everything well and let it cool for a few minutes.
- In the next step, mix the egg and yogurt mixture with the sprinkle, then carefully pour it over the meat and rice.
- Finally, everything should be baked in the oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes, or until the surface takes on a golden-brown color. Serve with a fresh salad or some seasonal vegetables.
