Wine spectacle returns to the Grič Tunnel

The underground of Zagreb will soon once again become a large urban winery. On April 10 and 11, the space of the Grič Tunnel will be transformed into a unique festival zone as it hosts the third edition of the ZAGREB UNDERGROUND powered by Adria.fun festival, an event that for two days brings together winemakers, gastronomy, and entertainment in one of the most unusual spaces in the city.

This year, across more than 3,000 square metres, visitors can expect an offer of more than 250 wines and other beverages from domestic and international producers, accompanied by a variety of gastronomic delicacies that perfectly complement every glass.

Alongside tastings, a rich entertainment programme has been prepared. During both festival days, top bands will perform rock, pop, and trash hits from the eighties and nineties. Visitors will also be able to take part in a prize draw where the main prize is an extended weekend for two, including access to pools, saunas, and fitness facilities at Bioterme Mala Nedjelja in Slovenia, as well as a digital exhibition titled “Wild Tasting”, created with the help of artificial intelligence.

A special part of the programme is the Paint and Wine workshops, organised in cooperation with LAV ART Studio. In two scheduled sessions, a limited number of visitors will be able to paint their own artwork while enjoying a glass of wine and take it home as a souvenir from the festival. Last year, the workshops were sold out, so organisers recommend securing a spot in advance.

Every visitor will receive a festival wine glass, a bottle of LEDA water, and a catalogue with the list of exhibitors at the entrance. The ticket includes unlimited tastings of food and drinks as well as access to festival activities such as free blood alcohol testing.

Entrance to the tunnel will be possible from Mesnička Street and Radićeva Street, and to avoid crowds, visitors will select their exact entry time when purchasing tickets, in 30-minute intervals between 4:00 pm and 8:30 pm.

Tickets are already available through the ENTRIO online system and at their sales points, and the organisers invite all lovers of wine, gastronomy, and great atmosphere to join another unique edition of the festival.
