Lake Maggiore is one of the most beautiful lakes in Italy!

Its maximum depth exceeds 370 meters. More than two-thirds of its surface lies in Italy, in the regions of Piedmont and Lombardy, while the northern part belongs to the Swiss canton of Ticino. This position makes it a natural link between the two countries and a true alpine gem.

Isola Bella enchants with its baroque palace and terraced gardens, Isola Madre is known for its botanical rarities and exotic birds, while Isola dei Pescatori preserves the simplicity of fishing life and charms with its authenticity. Along the shores, the towns of Stresa and Verbania stand out with their villas and lavish gardens, the most famous being Villa Taranto with thousands of exotic plants. On the Swiss side, Locarno and Ascona offer their own unique appeal, blending a Mediterranean spirit with Swiss precision.
